Creating a MacProline Account

The registration form is split into three steps. Only the first two steps are mandatory — Step 3 collects optional questions about your profile so we can tailor the assistance we provide.

Step 1 — Your Details

Enter your name, an optional company or organization, your country and your city and state. These details identify your account and help us understand where you are located.

Step 2 — Email, Password & Mac

Choose the email address and password you will use to sign in, then tell us which main computer you work on and whether it is powered by Apple Silicon (M1 processor).

Step 3 — Optional Questions

Let us know whether you are a developer, an expert with Mac or a beginner with Mac. Nothing happens if these questions are not answered — you can complete them later.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I create a MacProline account?

Fill in the registration form. Only the two first steps are mandatory: Step 1 collects your name, country and city and state, and Step 2 collects your email, password and main computer. Step 3 contains optional questions.

Which fields are required to register?

Your name, country, city and state, email, password and confirmation, and your main computer are required. The company or organization field is optional, and the Step 3 questions are optional as well.

What happens if I skip the optional questions in Step 3?

Nothing happens if the questions are not replied to in the first two steps. Step 3 simply asks whether you are a developer, an expert with Mac or a beginner with Mac, and you can leave those unchecked.

Why do you ask which main computer I use?

The form lets you select your main computer — iMac, iMac Pro, Mac mini, Mac Pro, MacBook, MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, iPad, iPad mini, iPad Air, iPad Pro or PC — and whether it is powered by Apple Silicon (M1 processor), so we know which Mac setup you are working with.

I already have an account. Where do I sign in?

If you have already created an account, use the Sign-In link below the form to log in instead of registering again.
