MacProline App Standard Terms and Conditions

These standard terms govern every application released by MacProline and follow widely accepted practices for online software. Please read them carefully before using any of our apps.

Introduction

The App Standard Terms and Conditions published on this page regulate your use of our app, which you can reach at macminutes.com. These Terms apply in full and shape your entire use of the App. By using the App, you confirm that you accept all terms and conditions stated here. If you do not agree with these App Standard Terms and Conditions, you must not use the App. Individuals under 18 years of age are not permitted to use the App.

Intellectual Property Rights

Apart from content that you own, under these Terms MacProline and/or its licensors hold all intellectual property rights and materials contained within the App. You receive a limited licence solely to view the material available on the App.

Restrictions

You are expressly prohibited from doing any of the following:

Publishing any App material in any other medium;
Selling, sublicensing and/or otherwise commercialising any App material;
Publicly performing and/or displaying any App material;
Using the App in any manner that is or could be damaging to the App;
Using the App in any way that affects other users' access to it;
Using the App contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in any way that may harm the App, or any person or business entity;
Carrying out data mining, data harvesting, data extraction or any similar activity in relation to the App;
Using the App to conduct advertising or marketing.

Certain areas of the App are off-limits to you, and MacProline may further restrict your access to any areas of the App at any time, at its absolute discretion. Any user ID and password you hold for the App are confidential and you must keep them confidential.

Your Content

In these App Standard Terms and Conditions, “Your Content” means any audio, video, text, images or other material you choose to display on the App. By displaying Your Content, you grant MacProline a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute it in any and all media. Your Content must be your own and must not infringe any third party's rights. MacProline reserves the right to remove any of Your Content from the App at any time without notice.

No Warranties

The App is provided “as is,” with all faults, and MacProline makes no representations or warranties of any kind relating to the App or the materials it contains. Nothing on the App should be interpreted as advice to you.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall MacProline, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App, whether such liability arises under contract. MacProline, including its officers, directors and employees, shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of the App.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify MacProline to the fullest extent against any and all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way from your breach of any provision of these Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be removed without affecting the remaining provisions.

Variation of Terms

MacProline may revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using the App you are expected to review these Terms regularly.

Assignment

MacProline may assign, transfer and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without notification. You, however, may not assign, transfer or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms form the entire agreement between MacProline and you regarding your use of the App, and replace all prior agreements and understandings.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Country, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Country for resolving any disputes.
